Chicken Kachori

Kachori.
Chicken kachori
For dough
1 cup flour.
Half tsp salt ,
Baking powder 1pinch
Baking soda 2 pinch,
2_3 tsp oil,
Method:
kneed with water make a hard dough cover with wet cloth for half an hour.


Paste, mix oil and flour

For filling:
In a pan take 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chopped garlic cloves ,add 1 chicken breast finely chopped, saute chicken add half cup of water and cover the pan and let the chicken cook , now add one chopped

onion,red chilli powder and flakes, green chillies chopped 2_3, garam masala powder, salt a pinch of dill seeds (ajwain powder), half tsp cumin seeds and coriander powder half tsp.use egg for binding.
Make small balls of dough, roll with rolling pin apply paste and again roll.
put filling, make a ball and fry.
Note, fry at low flame.
